1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PrintU's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

PrintU provides custom sublimation printing services including, but not limited to:

• Custom printed coffee mugs (ceramic, bone china, magic mugs)
• Printed bottles (aluminum, steel)
• Custom t-shirts (polyester, dry-fit, polycotton)
• Promotional items (keychains, magnets, mousepads, pillows)
• Custom packaging and gift wrapping

3. Orders and Quotations

3.1 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

MOQ varies by product type. Typically:

• Mugs & Bottles: 20-50 pieces
• T-shirts: 100 pieces
• Custom products: As quoted

3.2 Quotations

All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on design complexity, material selection, and order quantity.

3.3 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment (typically 50% of total order value). Final delivery requires full payment clearance.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required for order confirmation
• Balance 50% before dispatch/delivery
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, Debit/Credit Cards

4.2 GST and Invoicing

All prices are exclusive of GST (5-18% applicable). GST invoices will be provided for intended orders.

5. Design and Artwork

5.1 Design Approval

Customers must approve final design proofs before production begins. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.

5.2 Copyright and Ownership

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use any logos, images, or designs provided. PrintU is not liable for copyright infringement.

5.3 Design Services

Basic design consultation is included. Complex design work may incur additional charges.

6. Production and Delivery

6.1 Production Timeline

• Standard orders: 3-5 working days from design approval
• Bulk orders: 7-10 working days
• Express delivery: Available on request with additional charges

6.2 Delivery

Delivery charges are additional unless specified otherwise. Local delivery available in Gurugram and NCR, to be booked by customer via Porter or any other similar services. Pan-India shipping available.

6.3 Delays

PrintU is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation strikes, or government restrictions.

7. Quality and Color Variations

While we strive for perfection, slight variations in color (±5-10%) may occur due to screen display differences and sublimation printing characteristics. Such minor variations are not grounds for rejection.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Defective Products

We will replace or refund defective products if reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

8.2 Non-Defective Returns

Custom-printed products are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective.

8.3 Cancellations

• Before production starts: 90% refund (10% cancellation charges)
• After production starts: No refund

9. Liability Limitations

PrintU's liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Delays beyond our reasonable control
• Customer-provided design or content issues

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of PrintU and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

12. Changes to Terms

PrintU reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
